About us

The big Kahuna are based in Belfast
Together for 20 years and playing at a very high standard, The Big Kahuna has played all over Ireland playing pubs, clubs, weddings, and corporate events. You may also know us as the guinness experience.
The band recently supported Van Morrison on a special NYE show in Belfast’s Harp Bar
We pride ourselves on being a proper live band.
The lineup consists of a brass player, guitars, bass guitar, drums, and vocals. Simple but fun.
We have some of Northern Irelands finest musicians in the band.

20 years experience playing weddings, private parties & special events
We will be at the venue in plenty of time to set up & are flexible with start times as we understand weddings can sometimes run late
If there is a specific song you wish us to learn for your e.g.. First Dance, we can do this for you with plenty of notice. If how ever in the very rare occasion we feel that we can not do the song any justice we will advise you on choosing another song. This is to make sure that your first dance is perfect.
At first booking with will email you with information discussed, e.g.. price, song list, venue, dates, etc then we will further contact you two weeks before the event/wedding to ensure all details are still up to date and if any changes need to be made.
